Definitions

The following words used in Business Opportunity shall have the meaning as defined as under:

A) Business Value (BV)

Business Value is the value of a product on which the Sales Incentive is calculated. It can be seen on company's website. The B.V. of product shall be declared by the company from time to time. Business Value can also be changed from time to time by the company.

Note: 1 BV = Rupee. 1/-

B) Pair Point (PP)

Pair point is the value of matching (Binary ) Incentive. All matching bonus will be done on the basis of this calculation .

C) Power Hand/Hands (Group) and Weaker Hand/ Hands (Group)

The highest Business Value is called Power Hand of Business Distributor and the other Hand are called Weaker Hand. It may be different in different months.

D) Prospect

Business Distributor who promote new person to become Business Distributor in his/her group is termed as aProspect.

E) Sponsor

Just immediate upline of new applicant is termed as a Sponsor

Global Turnover Royalty (GTOR)

Qualifying criteria – When the associate achieves 20% slab from both legs in PVR zone, he / she will be then qualified for the GTOR.

5% of company global BV turnover will be funded as GTOR fund. Distributor will get the benefits as per his / her weaker side business promotion. The fund will be distributed according to the weaker leg business status and it will be distributed according to the weaker leg business proportion.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
  1. All incentives will be given to only those Business Distributors whose minimum purchase of Msure Products is 50 BV in the relevant month.
  2. Except abnormal reasons there will be a system of Closing of the Performance Bonus calculation on every Monday midnight and the payment will be released on Friday . R The calculation of Repurchase Incentives will be done on last working day of the month   the payment will be released on 10th of the very next month.
  3. Payment of Sales Incentive shall be made by any of the following mode of Banking System PAY/REWARDS CARD /NEFT / RTGS / INTER BANKING TRANSFER. For this, it is mandatory to give correct bank details and other necessary information .
  4. If any defect is found in any of the Msure First purchased packages, the same can be returned/ exchanged within 7 days from the date of purchase.
  5. The company does not give any guarantee of earnings nor does it give out any money on recruitment of distributors. Incentives can only be earned by Msure Business Distributors of the company by effecting purchase of the products. Incentives will be released after deduction of Government Taxes and 5% or Rs.50/-(which over is maximum) Administrative Fees.
  6. 10% of every individuals payouts will be deducted as Repurchase .

There is no charge for registration as a Business Distributor. After scrutiny of the application form and documents and then the acceptance of applicant as Business Distributor, a Unique/Track ID Number will be given on website. After receiving the ID Number, the Business Distributor has to obtain the ID card by login their personal information on Website.

Sponsorship for new applicant shall be allowed only when prospect first purchase criteria is complete and sponsor complete purchases of minimum 10 PP/15 PP. . If prospect or sponsor does not fulfill this condition, they will not entitled to distributor/sponsor. However Business Distributor will get Incentive as per Business plan by product purchases.

In case you expect interstate sales, then you are required to register with the VAT authorities of the State in which you are carrying out this business under the Central Sales Tax (CST) Act. There are no threshold limits for registration under the CST Act, and you are expected to register under the CST and VAT Act from the time you intend to carry out the first interstate sale. In case of resale of Msure products, you are expected to issue invoices to your customers, especially if you are registered for VAT purposes. Any amount collected by you VAT/CST on invoices raised by you must be deposited by you and a copy of the deposit challan submitted along with your VAT/CST returns to the VAT authorities. However, If you are not registered, in this case, you are expected to issue a Customer Receipt. However, before acting on the above information you are requested to consult your Sales Tax/VAT Distributor in your respective states. 3. OCTROI: Octroi is a Municipal entry tax charged at the entry point of a tow n or city. This tax is payable in cash by the transporter of goods entering the city or town for commercial purposes. Octroi is payable only if the entry address or point of delivery of the goods being sold fall within the Municipal (Octroi) limits of the tow n or city. In case you are selling Msure products in any tow n or city w here Octroi is applicable, then you may be required to pay this tax. However, no prior registration is required for payment of Octroi. Currently, Octroi is applicable only in the State of Maharashtra.

Further, education cess @2% of the [tax plus surcharge (if any)] and secondary and higher education cess @ 1% of [tax plus surcharge (if any)] shall be levied irrespective of the level of the income.

Deduction from income is available for investments made up to Rs. 100,000/- in specified instruments i.e LIC premium, PPF, PF, NSCs, Repayment of housing loan etc. Further deduction up to 20,000/*- is available for Long term Infra Bond

If the Customer is not completely satisfied (only Msure brand), he/she is entitled to return the products within 7 days from the date of delivery for a full refund. The refund policy is applicable only for products in marketable condition.

ZBD may return the products within 30 days of purchase as follow s:

VAT (Value Added Tax) *Marketable refers to products that are unopened and sealed.
**Excess stock refers to products greater than or equal to six in number.
  • The MBD must return the product(s) to Msure Pick up Centres/Office.
  • Period of return for products is calculated as the number of days from the Invoice Date, to the date of receipt at the Msure Pick up Centre/ Office.
  • Condition refers to the condition in which the stock is received back from the ZBD as a return. The product can be 'marketable' or 'unmarketable' depending on the condition of the returned stock as assessed by the Returns executive at the Msure Pickup Centre/Office.
  • PP/ BV/DAP adjustment of Products returned up till 25th of each month shall be processed in the same month. Total DAP of the returned products will be deducted from the returning MBD's account.
  • If unsold products return is greater than or equal than 6 in number on a single invoice, 10% handling charges will be deducted.
  • The Product Return Policy does not apply to open packs of literature and videos or other sales aids.
  • Total returns cannot exceed the quantity appearing on the Invoice.
  • If products are return by customers directly to Msure, DAP adjustment shall be done from the MBD's account & any excess amount paid shall be recoverable from MBD.
